These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, AppliedBehaviorAnalysts.com, which is owned and operated by Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a licensed ABA practice based in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
 

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging with our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
 

1. Scope of Services

Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC provides behavior analytic services solely within the state of Virginia. All services are rendered directly by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) licensed to practice in Virginia. We do not use Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or non-certified technicians in any service delivery.
 

Our services include:

• ABA-based parent training for families residing in Virginia

• Remote fieldwork supervision for graduate students pursuing BCBA certification (under BACB® standards)
   

We do not offer therapy, diagnosis, or mental health treatment. We do not bill insurance. Services are educational and behavior-analytic in nature and are not intended to replace any medical or psychological intervention.
 

2. User Eligibility

To use this website or engage with our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be a resident of Virginia (if receiving parent training services)

• Be currently enrolled in a BACB-approved program (if applying for supervision)

• Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information when contacting or working with us
   

You agree not to impersonate another person or use a false identity when using this website.
 

3. No Client Relationship by Website Use

Accessing this website or sending an inquiry does not establish a client or supervisory relationship. No services are guaranteed until you receive formal documentation (such as a consent to services, supervision agreement, or intake confirmation) signed by both parties.
 

We reserve the right to decline any service request, client intake, or supervision application at our discretion.
 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, logos, downloads, and layout, is the property of Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC and is protected under U.S. copyright law.
 

You may view, download, and print portions of the site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of this site without prior written consent.
 

5. Payments and Refunds

Any fees related to supervision services must be paid in accordance with the terms outlined in your individual supervision agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We do not accept payments for ABA services, as those are provided at no cost to families.
 

You agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any concern.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that:

• Services are offered as-is and without warranties or guarantees of specific outcomes

• We are not responsible for your use or interpretation of behavior analytic recommendations

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility

This includes but is not limited to: missed certification deadlines, misunderstandings about BACB requirements, or decisions made based on site content.

Our website may contain links to external websites or platforms. These are provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
 

8. Site Availability and Modifications
