Remote BCBA Supervision in All 50 States

Remote BCBA supervision in all 50 states provides trainees with predominantly unrestricted fieldwork opportunities while directly funding free ABA-based services for families and caregivers.

Transparent pricing snapshot: You only pay for the time we’re actively supervising you, which is billed at $99 per hour.

Example (standard fieldwork): If you accrue 60 hours in a month, BACB requires 5% supervision. That works out to 3 supervised hours, which comes to $297 for the month.

If you accrue more or fewer hours, the math stays the same. Your cost simply scales with your supervised time.

Ethical Remote Supervision for BCBA Fieldwork Hours Across Diverse Populations

Our remote BCBA supervision program offers predominantly unrestricted fieldwork opportunities and real hands-on experience with children, adults, caregivers, and older adults. Trainees can also gain experience in behavioral gerontology and learn how to support aging individuals through ABA. All supervision is BCBA-led and grounded in ethical, practical training.

Parent Training in Practice

From your first weeks, you’ll learn to plan and support parent-led interventions, communicate clearly with caregivers, teach and model ABA-based strategies, and make ethical, data-based decisions. Families receive these services at no cost, no insurance requirements, and no waitlists, so your fieldwork directly expands access to ABA for people who would otherwise not have access to it.

Behavioral Gerontology

We are expanding intentionally into behavioral gerontology, applying ABA to support older adults and individuals living with dementia. This is one of the most underserved populations in behavior analysis, and few trainees ever gain exposure to it.

Students who want to stand out can participate in literature reviews, caregiver support tools, assessment adaptations, and foundational work that brings ABA into aging and dementia care. All related activities count as unrestricted hours and are available to trainees in all 50 states.

Pace and Pricing

Choose the pace that fits your availability: 40 to 160 hours per month. Program minimums are 40 hours per month for concentrated fieldwork or 60 hours for standard fieldwork.

Supervision is billed at $99 per supervised hour, not your total monthly fieldwork hours. For example, if you plan to collect 60 hours in a standard month, you multiply 60 by the 5% supervision requirement. That comes out to 3 supervised hours per month. At $99 per supervised hour, the monthly cost to collect 60 hours would be $297. All remaining fieldwork hours are made up of a list of 100 unrestricted guided tasks you could choose from to complete at your own pace.

If you can comfortably pay the standard rate, it keeps this model running and helps fund free services for families in Virginia. If you’re in a tight season financially, apply anyway and tell us. We reserve a limited number of reduced-rate spots.

Your investment directly funds ABA-based support for families and caregivers who normally would not qualify to be able to access services because of insurance, diagnoses requirements, or extensive waitlists.
