Ethical Remote Supervision for BCBA Fieldwork Hours

Our supervision model is remote, leads to BCBA certification and licensure all 50 states, and is tailored to your skill set. You’ll meet 1:1 with a licensed BCBA, practice the Task List in real contexts, and work with a real Virginia-based clients so your learning translates directly into meaningful outcomes.

Parent Training in Practice

From your first weeks, you’ll learn to plan and deliver parent-led interventions, communicate clearly with caregivers, teach and model strategies, and make ethical, data-based decisions. Families receive services at no cost, so your training supports real people—not simulations.

Behavioral Gerontology with Research Involvement

The lead BCBA is actively completing a PhD in behavior analysis focused on behavioral gerontology. Trainees may assist with study activities serving older adults and individuals living with dementia and, when appropriate, be considered for co-authorship on manuscripts.

OBM Track on the Horizon

A dedicated OBM track launches within six to nine months, adding supervised experience in organizational and workforce applications of ABA.

Structure You Can Trust

Supervision is 1:1 unless you request peer collaboration. Sessions focus on treatment integrity, plan development, caregiver instruction, ethical decision-making, and supervised unrestricted activities. We use the Ripley Fieldwork Tracker for clean documentation. No RBT requirement.

Pace and Pricing

You set the pace—40 to 160 hours per month, supported as needed. Supervision is $99 per supervision hour with a 40-hour monthly minimum (2 supervision hours). No contracts, upsells, or hidden fees.
