How Remote BCBA Supervision Works
After founder onboarding, you are assigned a client through our practice and connected with your ongoing BCBA supervisor. You complete client-specific unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities, record caregiver meetings for asynchronous observation, and meet individually with your BCBA for feedback, planning, and clear next steps.

Founder Onboarding & Program Fit
You begin with a 30-minute onboarding meeting with Matthew Hilley, BCBA, who reviews your BCBA fieldwork goals, location, availability, supervision track, and expected monthly hours. During onboarding, you also learn how the program works and are connected with the BCBA who will provide your ongoing individualized supervision.

Client & BCBA Assignment
You are assigned a client through our practice and connected with the BCBA who will provide your ongoing individualized supervision, allowing you to begin meaningful BCBA fieldwork without needing to find your own client or work as an RBT.

Practice & BCBA Feedback
You complete client-specific unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities, meet remotely with your assigned caregiver, and record those meetings for asynchronous observation. Your BCBA reviews your work and provides individualized feedback, guidance, and clear next steps.

Developing BCBA-Level Independence
As your skills develop through BCBA fieldwork, you take greater responsibility for assessment, research, caregiver coaching, treatment planning, documentation, and behavior-analytic decision-making.

Receive individualized supervision from your assigned BCBA through real-time meetings for feedback, planning, BCBA guidance, and clear next steps. Recorded caregiver meetings are reviewed asynchronously for observation and additional individualized feedback.
Complete client-specific unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities involving caregiver training, assessment, research, data analysis, treatment planning, documentation, and BCBA-level decision-making. Your supervision contract, monthly forms, and final fieldwork verification documents are also included.
Nationwide Remote BCBA Supervision and Program Impact

Remote BCBA Supervision Cost and Pricing
Our program requires a minimum of 60 BCBA fieldwork hours per month. The examples below show monthly pricing for standard fieldwork. Trainees completing 100 or more fieldwork hours per month qualify for our reduced supervision rate of $99 per supervised hour.
