Remote BCBA Supervision with Clients Provided
Get online BCBA supervision with a caregiver-client provided through our practice. Work with one assigned BCBA and build predominantly unrestricted fieldwork experience. Your supervision fees fund free caregiver support. Families do not need insurance, a qualifying diagnosis, prior authorization, or the ability to pay.

Remote BCBA supervision cost and pricing
Our program requires at least 60 fieldwork hours per month for either track. This is our program minimum. The examples below show monthly pricing for standard fieldwork. Trainees completing 100 or more fieldwork hours per month qualify for our reduced supervision rate.
You pay only for the BCBA supervision required for your fieldwork plan, not for every fieldwork hour you complete. Those supervision fees also sustain the completely free caregiver services provided through our practice.
Higher monthly fieldwork totals require additional supervision, and concentrated fieldwork requires a higher supervision percentage. Your exact monthly cost will depend on your fieldwork track and total hours.

This estimates the required supervised hours and monthly supervision fee. Group-supervision credits are applied separately to approved completed group hours.

Optional group supervision
Group supervision is available to current trainees and is not required. If you choose to participate, you receive a 20% discount on each group-supervision hour.
Sessions are available evenings and weekends across three time zones. Arrange group supervision through your trainee portal.

How remote BCBA supervision works
After onboarding, you work with one primary caregiver-client and one assigned BCBA. Record caregiver meetings for your BCBA to review afterward. Meet live with your BCBA for feedback, planning, and guided practice, then apply what you learn to your client-specific fieldwork.

You are assigned one primary caregiver-client through our practice and one BCBA who provides your ongoing individualized supervision. You do not need to find your own client or work as an RBT to participate.

You complete client-specific unrestricted fieldwork, meet remotely with your assigned caregiver, and record those meetings for asynchronous observation. Your BCBA reviews your work and provides individualized feedback, guided practice, role-play, and clear next steps.

As your skills develop through BCBA fieldwork, you take greater responsibility for assessment, research, caregiver coaching, treatment planning, documentation, and behavior-analytic decision-making.

You are assigned one primary caregiver-client through our practice, allowing you to focus deeply on the caregiver’s needs and your own skill development without searching for your own client or working as an RBT.
One BCBA, Individualized Practice & Observation
Work with one assigned BCBA through real-time supervision, individualized feedback, modeling, and role-play. Recorded caregiver meetings are reviewed asynchronously so your feedback addresses your actual performance with your caregiver-client.
Unrestricted BCBA Fieldwork and Documentation Support
Complete client-specific unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities involving caregiver training, assessment, research, data analysis, treatment planning, documentation, and BCBA-level decision-making. Your supervision contract, monthly forms, and final fieldwork verification documents are also included.

How to get BCBA supervision hours without becoming an RBT
Many future BCBAs assume that earning fieldwork hours means leaving their current career, becoming an RBT, taking a significant pay cut, and reorganizing their lives around work in a clinic.
That is not the only path.
Applied Behavior Analysts was built for graduate students and career changers who want their fieldwork to serve a larger purpose. Our practice provides a caregiver-client, predominantly unrestricted BCBA fieldwork, and individualized supervision.
You record caregiver meetings for your BCBA to review afterward. Separate, live supervision meetings give you time for feedback and planning. This remote structure helps you pursue fieldwork alongside work, school, and family responsibilities. We confirm scheduling needs and availability before you begin.
The caregiver is the client. Trainees learn to listen, analyze behavior, explain the science in clear language, offer practical next steps, follow up, and adjust. This is caregiver-focused fieldwork, not direct therapy with the caregiver’s child.
