The services described on this site, and any services delivered by Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC, are subject to the following conditions, limitations, and terms of use.

Scope of Services
Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services exclusively within the Commonwealth of Virginia, delivered solely by licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). We do not employ or contract Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), assistants, or unlicensed support staff. All behavior-analytic services are provided directly by a licensed BCBA.
We specialize in parent training using evidence-based principles of ABA. We work with families to improve caregiver skills, increase consistency at home, and promote meaningful, socially significant behavior change for their children. These services are provided remotely but are only available to clients who reside in Virginia.
We do not provide diagnosis, psychological counseling, or mental health treatment. We do not bill insurance, nor do we require a formal diagnosis for participation in services. Our services are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical consultation.
Geographic Limitations
Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC is a licensed ABA provider only in the state of Virginia. We do not offer behavior-analytic services to clients residing outside of Virginia. If you are located outside of Virginia, you are not eligible to receive ABA services through this practice.
Any information provided on this site should be understood as general information and not as clinical advice or intervention unless you are a current client located in Virginia with an active service agreement.
Supervision Program
Applied Behavior Analysts PLLC also offers remote fieldwork supervision for graduate students pursuing certification as Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Supervision is provided by licensed BCBAs in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) Supervision Standards.
While trainees may interact with Virginia-based families as part of their fieldwork, all service delivery remains under the direct supervision and control of a licensed BCBA. Supervision provided through our company is educational in nature and is not clinical therapy or patient care.
Trainees are not employees or providers of ABA services through this practice and do not work independently with clients. They receive structured training and observation hours for certification purposes only, under the direct oversight of our licensed analysts.
