Fieldwork that fits your life
This remote BCBA supervision program is designed for BCBA candidates seeking individualized supervision, predominantly unrestricted fieldwork, a caregiver-client provided through our practice, and a way to help make behavior science accessible to families who might otherwise go without support.
Clients provided. Individualized supervision. Meaningful fieldwork.
After onboarding, you work with one primary caregiver-client and one assigned BCBA. Record caregiver meetings for your BCBA to review afterward. Meet live with your BCBA for feedback, planning, and guided practice, then apply what you learn to your client-specific fieldwork.
Request program information so we can review your goals, availability, fieldwork track, and expected monthly hours. Onboarding follows your signed supervision agreement and payment.
You are assigned one primary caregiver-client through our practice and one BCBA who provides your ongoing individualized supervision. You do not need to find your own client or work as an RBT to participate.
You complete client-specific unrestricted fieldwork, meet remotely with your assigned caregiver, and record those meetings for asynchronous observation. Your BCBA reviews your work and provides individualized feedback, guided practice, role-play, and clear next steps.
As your skills develop through BCBA fieldwork, you take greater responsibility for assessment, research, caregiver coaching, treatment planning, documentation, and behavior-analytic decision-making.
Individualized by design
Your rate includes a client provided through our practice, individualized BCBA supervision, client-specific unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities, asynchronous observation, and documentation support.
You are assigned one primary caregiver-client through our practice, allowing you to focus deeply on the caregiver’s needs and your own skill development without searching for your own client or working as an RBT.
Work with one assigned BCBA through real-time supervision, individualized feedback, modeling, and role-play. Recorded caregiver meetings are reviewed asynchronously so your feedback addresses your actual performance with your caregiver-client.
Complete client-specific unrestricted BCBA fieldwork activities involving caregiver training, assessment, research, data analysis, treatment planning, documentation, and BCBA-level decision-making. Your supervision contract, monthly forms, and final fieldwork verification documents are also included.
Purposeful work. Personal guidance.
Our structured program includes 25 individually tailored activities designed to count toward unrestricted fieldwork time. Each activity can be used with any caregiver in our program and tailored to their goals, circumstances, and progress.
You have a practical starting point for each stage of fieldwork: what to explore, what to produce, and what to discuss with your BCBA. The activities are designed to support a full monthly fieldwork plan through meaningful work connected to your client.
Your next step is clear
A shared structure. Work shaped around the caregiver in front of you.
Get to know your assigned caregiver’s goals, daily routines, and priorities. Those real needs give your fieldwork its direction.
Your focus: a meaningful client connectionFollow our structured program of 25 unrestricted fieldwork activities, including research, data analysis, caregiver coaching, and planning. Each activity is individually tailored and can be completed with any caregiver in our program.
Your focus: useful work with a clear purposeBring your work to individual supervision. Reflect, practice, and refine your next steps with your ongoing BCBA. Have a different activity in mind? Ask for approval before completing it for fieldwork.
Your focus: stronger professional judgmentBuilt for people who cannot put their lives on hold
Many future BCBAs assume that earning fieldwork hours means leaving their current career, becoming an RBT, taking a significant pay cut, and reorganizing their lives around work in a clinic.
That is not the only path.
Applied Behavior Analysts was built for graduate students and career changers who want their fieldwork to serve a larger purpose. Our practice provides a caregiver-client, predominantly unrestricted BCBA fieldwork, and individualized supervision.
You record caregiver meetings for your BCBA to review afterward. Separate, live supervision meetings give you time for feedback and planning. This remote structure helps you pursue fieldwork alongside work, school, and family responsibilities. We confirm scheduling needs and availability before you begin.
The caregiver is the client. Trainees learn to listen, analyze behavior, explain the science in clear language, offer practical next steps, follow up, and adjust. This is caregiver-focused fieldwork, not direct therapy with the caregiver’s child.
Teachers, school professionals, healthcare workers, full-time professionals, and parents are among the people who cannot put their lives on hold to become a BCBA.

Our supervisor evaluation focuses on readiness to guide trainees in caregiver training. We verify BCBA certification and review applicable state licenses as part of matching supervisors to the people and locations they serve.
