PRICING

How much does BCBA supervision cost?

Clients Provided is $125 per supervised hour for new students under our holiday offer. That hourly rate stays the same across 60–160 planned fieldwork hours per month. Your track and planned hours determine how many supervised hours you need—you are not charged $125 for every fieldwork hour.

OUR PURPOSE

About Applied Behavior Analysts

Built around service.

Applied Behavior Analysts began with free classes in Matthew Hilley’s kitchen, where mothers gathered to talk and find support. Word spread, the classes grew, and the group outgrew the kitchen and moved to a local church. A newspaper article later shared the story and our commitment to giving back.

Today, we connect meaningful fieldwork for future BCBAs with free caregiver training. Trainees learn through real caregiver work under BCBA guidance, and their supervision fees help make that support possible.

We’re here to prepare thoughtful, ethical behavior analysts and make practical support more accessible to caregivers. Compassion, accountability, and a willingness to listen guide our work.
