At Applied Behavior Analysts, we are committed to making behavioral therapy accessible by providing free parent training services. As a trainee, you'll contribute to this meaningful mission, gaining invaluable experience while making a positive impact. Our program offers a wide array of over 50 flexible, guided, unrestricted tasks that you can engage in at any time—ranging from basic data collection methods to full on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
You would also be trained on how to conduct parent training sessions remotely, under BCBA supervision, allowing you to earn fieldwork hours from anywhere in the United States to the parents of our practice in Virginia. The first month is free, and if you'd like to continue after that, the cost for supervision is only $75 per month.
Applied Behavior Analysts is a BCBA-owned practice dedicated to ethical supervision and the dissemination of Applied Behavior Analysis. With our program, you’re paired with a dedicated personal BCBA who provides tailored feedback—helping you evolve into the best BCBA you can be. We lead by example, modeling the highest ethical standards that we hope you’ll adopt in your own practice.
Additionally, If you earn at least half of your fieldwork hours with us, you are guaranteed a job with our company after successfully passing your BCBA exam and the BACB's 8-hour supervision training, providing a seamless transition into your professional career.
