Remote BCBA Supervision
Ethical. Individualized. Remote from any US state.
Ethical Remote Supervision for BCBA Fieldwork Hours
Our supervision model is remote, legal in all 50 states, and tailored to your individual skill set—not some generic group agenda. You’ll work one-on-one with a licensed BCBA supervisor, build real fluency with the BACB Task List, and—after 60 days of onboarding—get matched with a real family from Virginia to apply your skills.

Remote BCBA Supervision for Real-World Readiness
Our supervision is structured, personal, and grounded in real skill-building—not forms, filler, or fluff.
We designed this program for ABA graduate students and future BCBAs who want to:
-
Engage in parent-led intervention planning
-
Learn how to communicate with caregivers effectively
-
Practice ethical decision-making in real scenarios
-
Receive consistent feedback from a qualified BCBA supervisor
And do it all from wherever in the U.S. you live.
Fieldwork That Mirrors Clinical Practice
From day one, we train you to think, respond, and problem-solve like a BCBA. You’ll participate in remote 1:1 supervision, roleplay case situations, and develop the tools to supervise others and support families.
After 60 days of training, you will be assigned to work with a real Virginia-based family in our system, with supervision provided remotely under one of our licensed BCBAs.
We are not a data-entry program. We are not a passive observation model. We are your training ground.

Individualized Supervision—Not Group Hours
We don’t run mass group meetings. Unless you request a peer pairing, all supervision is 1:1 and personalized.
Every meeting is built around your skill level, your goals, and your performance.
We cover:
-
Treatment integrity and plan development
-
Live roleplay of caregiver instruction
-
Ethical decision-making scenarios
-
Supervision of unrestricted activities
You’ll have access to a library of over 50 unrestricted fieldwork activities—from data collection and analysis to FBAs and behavior plan development—all guided and supervised to help you grow confidently.
